Since 2018, Tran Tuan Viet and his team have curated immersive photo tours drawing on over 18 years of experience capturing Vietnam’s essence, serve photography lovers from all over the world.

Vietnam Photo Tours Information
Single Supplement
Our Vietnam photo tour pricing is based on double-occupancy lodging. If you are traveling alone or prefer private accommodations, a single supplement may apply. We will make every effort to pair you with another single traveler of the same gender.
If we are unable to find a suitable roommate, the single supplement will still apply. In certain remote locations, travelers may need to share rooms due to circumstances beyond our control. If this situation arises, per diem refunds for the single supplement will be provided.
Payment Term
- First deposit: $2000 upon booking
- Remaining balance: 90 days before the tour commences.
- If you start booking less than 90 days than scheduled departure, you will be required to pay the full tour fee instead of a deposit.
Clients have the option to minimize transfer fees by paying the full amount in one transaction. All payments are to be made upon receipt of an official invoice.
Payment method: wire transfer (recommended), Western Union, Credit Card (via PayPal).
Trip Cancellation
From us: If a Vietnam photography tour must be canceled due to accidents, political events, natural disasters, or similar circumstances, all funds paid will be promptly refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a trip at any time before departure, and we will notify all participants as soon as possible if this unfortunate situation arises.
In the event of trip cancellation, we are not responsible for your personal travel expenses to the gateway location or any other costs associated with preparing for the photo tour. Therefore, we strongly recommend having your own travel insurance.
From you: If you cancel and the tour is otherwise filled, you will receive a refund of the amount paid towards the tuition, minus a $200 service charge. If you cancel and the workshop does not fill, your refund will be based on the following schedule, calculated from the full workshop fee:
- Greater than 90 days from the start date of the tour: full refund minus $200 service fee, even with deposit.
- 75 days or more: 75% refund
- 60 days or more: 50% refund
- Less than 60 days: no refund
Refunds will be paid by the same method that the original payment was made.
Itinerary Changes and Delays
We strive to adhere to the published itineraries of our Vietnam photo tours as closely as possible. However, circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather, geopolitical events, unexpected closures, transportation delays, illness, etc., may necessitate changes or omissions. If such circumstances significantly alter the itinerary, we reserve the right to make necessary adjustments to ensure the success of the photo tour.
Please note that no refunds can be provided for adverse circumstances beyond our control. Participants should anticipate some degree of flexibility in the itinerary and scheduling. If itinerary changes are required before the trip begins, we will promptly inform all participants. Per diem refunds may be issued for significant pre-trip itinerary modifications.
Trip Insurance in Vietnam Photo Tours
We strongly advise all trip participants to obtain trip insurance when attending a Vietnam photography tour. This insurance should cover any trip payments that cannot be refunded due to cancellation, as well as unused airline tickets and related expenses. Participants are responsible for ensuring they have adequate health insurance for the areas we will be visiting.
Any emergency medical care, hospital visits, dental treatment, doctor’s visits, prescriptions, etc., are not covered by us and will be billed directly to the participant if no insurance is held. It is the participant’s sole responsibility to ensure that their travel, health, dental, and prescription insurance offers sufficient coverage.
